Job summary

Tekskills in Hyderabad seeks a Senior Techno-Functional Consultant for Agile PLM who can design solutions based on business requirements and review technical plans. You will interact with end-users to resolve incidents and collaborate with business units to optimize application usage while guiding team members on delivering effective PLM solutions.

The role requires 3-6 years IT experience, strong Java/Groovy/XML/JSON skills, Web Services and SQL, and hands-on use of the PLM SDK for

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Agile PLM Sr in IT industry.
• 3-6 years IT experience as techno-functional consultant.
• Proficient in Java, Groovy, XML, JSON, Web Services, and SQL with PLM SDK.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with Agile SDK standalone utilities.
• Experience in Agile PLM customization using SDK Process Extension, Events and WSX, and with Workflows and Privileges.

Responsibilities

• Prepare technical solutions as well as review technical solutions.
• Interact with End-users on clarification of incidents/problems and provide resolution to global users.
• Partner with business units to ensure efficient use of application and help enhance application.
• Responsible for understanding the current process, identify and deliver service improvement.
• Specifications, coding, debugging and documenting software programs of varying complexity following predefined standards and best practices.
• Prepare SOP for new and existing solutions.
• Anticipate and remediate problems spanning the full range of Oracle Agile PLM application and their integration points; manage Oracle Support SRs as well as internal users support requests.
• Coordinate process improvements with business; gather and document functional/technical requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate business challenges and determine final business requirements Complete business process mapping and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Support a change management process to manage patch applications and changes to the configurations.
• Develop test plans and manage user testing for system changes.
• Guide/coach other team members in delivering the solution.
