Job description

Responsibilities

• Design solutions based upon business requirements and user specification
• Prepare technical solutions as well as review technical solutions
• Interact with End-users on clarification of incidents/problems and provide resolution to global users
• Partner with business units to ensure efficient use of application and help enhance application
• Responsible for understanding the current process, identify and deliver service improvement
• specifications, coding, debugging and documenting software programs of varying complexity following the predefined standards and best practices
• Prepare SOP (Standard Operating Procedure) for new and existing solutions
• Anticipate and remediate problems spanning the full range of Oracle Agile PLM application and their integration points; manage Oracle Support SRs as well as internal users support requests
• Coordinate process improvements with business; gather and document functional/technical requirements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate business challenges and determine final business requirements Complete business process mapping and identify opportunities for improvement
• Support a change management process to manage patch applications and changes to the configurations
• Develop test plans and manage user testing for system changes
• Guide/coach other team members in delivering the solution
