Job summary

Ciel HR is seeking an Oracle IAM Specialist to lead identity and access management initiatives, focusing on OAM configurations, SSO, and integration with OUD/AD. The role requires strong troubleshooting skills and experience with OIM/OIG in enterprise environments.

The candidate will work on authentication and authorization strategies, applying security best practices and coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless enterprise applications integration.

Required Technical Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Access Manager (OAM).
• Practical experience in SSO implementation, authentication, authorization, and access management.
• Experience configuring OAM authentication schemes, authorization policies, application domains, and protected resources.
• Knowledge of Oracle Identity Manager (OIM) and/or Oracle Identity Governance (OIG).
• Experience integrating Oracle Unified Directory (OUD), LDAP, and Microsoft Active Directory.
• Understanding of OpenID Connect (OIDC) and modern authentication protocols.
• Experience with WebGate configuration, application onboarding, and enterprise application integrations.
• Hands-on experience in OAM installation, configuration, migration, upgrades, patching, and troubleshooting.
• Strong understanding of identity lifecycle, directory services, access control, and enterprise security concepts.
• Experience in log analysis, incident management, production support, and root-cause analysis.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working with Oracle Fusion Middleware and related infrastructure components.
• Knowledge of SAML 2.0, OAuth 2.0, and other authentication and federation protocols.
• Familiarity with enterprise IAM architecture and identity governance processes.
• Experience supporting high-availability environments and enterprise application deployments.
• Ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams and manage technical issues independently.
