Responsibilities

• Onboard and integrate applications into the governance model (Onboarding & Integration).
• Configure identity correlation and account matching; implement reconciliation processes.
• Design and implement REST API, SCIM, and file-based integrations; transform data mappings.
• Configure provisioning/de-provisioning workflows; support JML lifecycle requirements.
• Develop reusable onboarding patterns and integration templates; troubleshoot connector failures.

Highly skilled Oracle Access Governance (OAG) Integration / Connector Specialist to design, develop, and support integrations between Oracle Access Governance, Workday, Oracle Fusion Applications, EPM, Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory, and other enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in identity integration, provisioning, reconciliation, REST APIs, SCIM, and Oracle cloud security models. The role involves onboarding applications into the governance platform, configuring connectors, implementing identity correlation logic, and ensuring accurate access governance across enterprise systems.

Key Responsibilities

Application Onboarding & Integration

• Integrate Workday as the authoritative identity source for Oracle Access Governance
• Onboard enterprise applications into the OAG governance model
• Integrate Oracle Fusion Applications, Oracle EPM, Oracle Cloud services, Boomi, Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory, LDAP, and custom applications
• Configure and maintain connectors, APIs, agents, and file-based integration mechanisms
• Develop reusable onboarding patterns and integration templates to accelerate future application integrations

Identity Correlation & Reconciliation

• Configure identity correlation and account-matching rules
• Design and implement reconciliation processes for users, accounts, roles, and entitlements
• Validate identity mappings and entitlement synchronization
• Identify and resolve orphaned or unmatched accounts
• Support Joiner-Mover-Leaver (JML) lifecycle integration requirements

Technical Integration & Provisioning

• Design and implement REST API, SCIM, agent-based, and file-based integrations
• Develop data transformation and mapping logic between source and target systems
• Configure provisioning and de-provisioning workflows
• Troubleshoot connector failures and synchronization issues
• Support integration automation and operational monitoring

Required Skills & Experience

Technical Expertise

• Hands‑on experience with Oracle Access Governance (OAG) or equivalent Oracle IGA/IAM platforms
• Strong working knowledge of Oracle Fusion Applications, Oracle EPM, and Oracle Cloud (OCI) security models
• Practical experience integrating Workday as an authoritative identity source
• Experience with Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory, and LDAP integrations
• Proficiency in REST APIs, SCIM, agent‑based connectors, and file‑based integration mechanisms
• Experience with middleware/integration platforms
• Strong skills in data transformation and mapping logic between source and target systems
• Solid understanding of identity correlation, account‑matching, and reconciliation techniques

Governance & Lifecycle Management

• Experience configuring provisioning and de‑provisioning workflows
• Familiarity with Joiner‑Mover‑Leaver (JML) lifecycle integration requirements
• Ability to identify and resolve orphaned or unmatched accounts
• Understanding of entitlement synchronization and access governance accuracy requirements

Delivery & Support

• Experience developing reusable onboarding patterns and integration templates
• Strong troubleshooting skills for connector failures and synchronization issues
• Experience with integration automation and operational monitoring
• Ability to work effectively in an offshore delivery model, coordinating with onshore architects and stakeholders

Experience Level

• 67 years of experience in Identity & Access Management or IAM/IGA integration roles
• Prior hands‑on experience with at least one Oracle IGA/OAG or comparable identity governance implementation
