Job summary

Algae Services is seeking an experienced OCI IAM Engineer to lead end-to-end identity and access management across Oracle Cloud Infrastructure. You will configure SSO, MFA, user provisioning, and federation, aligning with Oracle best practices and security standards.

The role requires 8–10 years of hands-on IAM experience, with strong knowledge of LDAP/AD/Microsoft Entra ID and REST/SOAP API integrations. Pan India/remote work option is available.

Qualifications

• Hands-on OCI IAM implementation and end-to-end user lifecycle management.
• Experience configuring SSO with SAML, OAuth 2.0, and OpenID Connect.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end user lifecycle management using OCI IAM.
• Configure SSO for applications using SAML, OAuth 2.0, and OpenID Connect (OIDC).
• Handle user provisioning, MFA, password policies, sign-on policies, and access management.
• Configure identity federation with LDAP, Active Directory, and Microsoft Entra ID.
• Implement SSO for Oracle apps like EBS, Fusion ERP, EPM, SCM, CX, and Oracle Integration Cloud.
• Configure SSO for third-party and custom apps, including Salesforce and Microsoft 365.
• Work with OCI IAM REST APIs and SOAP APIs for integrations and automation.
• Manage identity providers, application onboarding, access policies, and IAM reporting.
• Implement IAM solutions following Oracle best practices and global security standards.
• Prepare solution architecture documents, configuration guides, and runbooks.

Mandatory Skills

• Hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) IAM.

• Practical experience configuring SSO using SAML, OAuth 2.0, and OpenID Connect.
• Experience with MFA, user provisioning, access policies, and identity federation.
• Knowledge of directory services such as LDAP, Active Directory, or Microsoft Entra ID.
• Experience with REST APIs / SOAP APIs and IAM integrations.
• Good communication and documentation skills.

Good-to-Have Skills

• OCI IAM, Oracle Security, or OCI certifications.
• Knowledge of Oracle Identity Management, Oracle Access Manager (OAM), Oracle Access Governance (OAG), and Oracle Unified Directory (OUD).
• Understanding of High Availability (HA), Disaster Recovery (DR), and Web Application Firewall (WAF).
• Knowledge of Linux commands, PL/SQL, and programming languages.
• Experience with App Gateways, Asserters, and AI use cases in IAM.
