• Dispensing & Quality Assurance: Verify prescriptions, perform quality checks, and ensure proper fitting of eyewear.
• Customer Experience & Complaint Handling: Resolve customer concerns and provide effective solutions to enhance satisfaction.
• Process Compliance & Store Support: Adhere to clinical and operational standards and support store performance.
