As an Optical Network Deployment Engineer, you will work on large‑scale backbone network projects involving DWDM and IP/MPLS infrastructures. You will be responsible for deploying, upgrading, and migrating optical networks while ensuring optimal performance and service continuity. The role requires strong hands‑on expertise with leading vendor platforms such as Ciena and Infinera, along with solid IP routing fundamentals. You will collaborate closely with operations, planning, and engineering teams to troubleshoot issues, optimize network performance, and support mission‑critical network services.

Key Responsibilities

• Deploy, operate, and support backbone IP and Optical networks
• Perform DWDM network deployment, upgrades, and migrations
• Work with optical platforms such as Ciena 6500 and Infinera
• Configure and troubleshoot routing and switching environments
• Support IP/MPLS protocols including OSPF, BGP, and MPLS
• Monitor network performance and optimize capacity and availability
