IFF in Sricity, Andhra Pradesh, is seeking a highly motivated Production Operator to join our Production Team. You will ensure accurate compounding, maintain GMP/HACCP standards, and operate pumps, mixers, and fillers to support our global science-led business.

Candidates should have a graduate or diploma, SAP knowledge, and proficiency with Excel. You will handle heavy materials, maintain SAP-based batch records, and work extended hours or shifts as needed.

Qualifications

• Education: Any graduate or Diploma.
• Technical Skills: SAP knowledge (mandatory for Executive/Senior Executive levels) Basic computer skills with working knowledge of Excel
• Physical Capability: Ability to safely handle heavy materials and equipment
• Compliance Awareness: Understanding of GMP, HACCP, and workplace safety practices

Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate compounding of materials by strictly following SOPs and safety requirements
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene across production areas in compliance with GMP and HACCP standards
• Operate production equipment such as pumps, mixers, and fillers
• Handle material movement, including 25 kg bags and 200 kg drums
• Maintain accurate SAP-based documentation for batch numbers, material numbers, and shop floor records
