Job summary

IFF in Mumbai, India is seeking a hands-on laboratory professional to support fragrance research and product development through high-quality sample preparation and testing.

You will assist chemists in formulation development, maintain inventory and equipment, and help ensure data accuracy and GLP-like practices across the lab. The role offers growth in a global science-driven organization with cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Chemistry, Chemical Technology, Cosmetic Science, Pharmacy, Food Science, or a related scientific discipline.
• 1–3 years of laboratory, formulation, R&D, or technical support experience.
• Basic knowledge of analytical testing methods and laboratory instrumentation.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management skills.
