Job summary

Marksans Pharma Ltd. in Goa is seeking an experienced professional for tablet compression machine operation. You will manage setup, parameter adjustments, and monitor critical tablet quality attributes to ensure conformance to BMRs and SOPs.

The role requires hands-on machine operation experience, strong knowledge of cGMP, and a willingness to work in rotational shifts across production lines in the Goa facility.

Qualifications

• 15 years of experience in pharmaceutical production - OSD.
• Hands-on experience in tablet compression machine operation.
• Knowledge of cGMP, SOPs, BMRs, line clearance and equipment cleaning.
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor tablet compression machines as per approved SOPs and Batch Manufacturing Records (BMRs).
• Perform machine setup, tooling installation, and adjustment of compression parameters as per approved instructions.
• Monitor critical parameters such as tablet weight, hardness, thickness, friability, and disintegration, as applicable.
• Ensure tablets meet specified quality standards for appearance, weight variation, and physical characteristics.
