Qualifications

• BE Mech/EEE/ECE graduates or 1+ year internship experience in operations, project management, renewable energy, infrastructure, engineering, facility management, or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end daily site-level operations, ensuring activities are executed effectively and in accordance with the defined organizational hierarchy and escalation matrix.
• Handle client servicing and maintain strong client relationships by providing timely updates, addressing concerns, coordinating deliverables, and ensuring client expectations are met.
• Conduct regular meetings with internal teams and clients to review operational performance, track open action items, and ensure timely closure of SLA-related activities, including monthly SLA reviews and report submissions.
• Identify, analyze, and resolve complex operational and site-level issues by coordinating with relevant stakeholders and driving issues to closure.
• Track project budgets, operational costs, and financial performance while supporting or owning the Project P&L and ensuring effective cost control.

Target Roles

Experience Requirements

BE Mech/EEE/ECE Fresh graduates or 1+ year with relevant internship experience in operations, project management, renewable energy, infrastructure, engineering, facility management, or related fields will also be considered.

Candidates should demonstrate strong ownership, stakeholder management, problem‑solving, communication, financial understanding, and the ability to manage multiple site‑level activities and deliverables.
