Crossing Hurdles is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead large-scale multimodal AI annotation projects from kickoff to delivery. You will manage client relationships, align expectations, and ensure top-quality outcomes on time and within budget.

In this fast-paced role you will coordinate cross-functional teams, monitor performance metrics, and adapt to scope changes while maintaining high data quality and stakeholder satisfaction across multiple projects.

Formación

• 7+ years of overall experience in relevant fields.
• 4+ years of team leadership experience in complex projects.
• Strong skills in client communication and stakeholder management.
• Familiarity with performance metrics for effective project evaluation.
• Experience in annotation, data labeling, or AI training preferred.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends as needed.
• Demonstrated capability to manage high-volume project demands.
