Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage annotation batches from project launch through final delivery.
• Translate client guidelines into clear, actionable team instructions.
• Lead annotators and Pod Leads, set daily targets, and manage staffing.
• Monitor productivity, quality metrics, and delivery timelines.
• Analyze performance gaps and implement corrective actions to improve quality.
• Coach, retrain, and remediate team members as needed.
• Collaborate with QA and tooling teams to improve workflows.
• Identify quality issues, bottlenecks, and delivery risks.
• Develop high-performing team members for future leadership.
• Track project progress and report risks to the Project Lead.

We are hiring Team Lead for a short-term freelance/contractor engagement for an AI Training Data, Annotation & Evaluation Project in India

Experience: 4-6 Years

Mode: Remote

Start: Immediate

Educational Qualification:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field, including BCA, B.Tech, B.E., MCA, or M.Tech.

Availability Requirements:

• Available to work five days per week, including weekends as required, with two weekdays off.
• Working Hours: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM PST.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced project environment with tight turnaround times, sometimes as short as 24 hours.
• Immediate availability for remote contract work

Mandatory Eligibility Criteria:

Technical Qualification:

• 4-6 years of overall professional experience, including at least 2 years of team leadership experience.

• Experience collaborating with Quality Assurance (QA) and tooling teams to improve workflows and operational efficiency.
