Hiresquad in Bangalore seeks a Team Leader for an international BPO environment. The role involves guiding a team, managing performance metrics, and ensuring high CSAT scores. Graduation is required, with 3+ years in BPO and experience in shifts. Immediate joiners preferred; office-based work with 5-day weeks.

The designation may align with Assistant Manager on papers, but responsibilities are that of a Team Lead, including SLA management and shrinkage control.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years in BPO/Contact Center.
• Experience in team handling: attrition, shrinkage, CSAT, SLA.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts and on rotational offs.

Responsabilités

• Lead a team of associates in an international BPO setup.
• Ensure service levels and CSAT targets are met; manage attrition and shrinkage.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver quality customer support.
