Job summary

The Quality Manager at Nokia plays a pivotal role in aligning our quality strategy with business goals while acting as the customer advocate. You will handle customer complaints, oversee product performance governance, and implement corrective actions and process enhancements. Responsibilities

• Ensure effective quality assurance (QA) systems are implemented and maintained across the factory.
• Engage with customers and key stakeholders to address quality concerns and enhance satisfaction.
• Lead a team of Engineers and Technicians to drive strategic quality improvements.
• Serve as the factory representative for workmanship standards and best practices.
• Conduct audits to identify and drive systematic improvements on the shop floor.
• Oversee the review and implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
• Manage and resolve customer complaints related to factory performance.

Qualifications

Must-Have:

• Require bachelors or masters degree with related field.
• Typically, a minimum 15-20 years of experience in quality management within the electronics manufacturing industry
• Bachelors degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering (B.E. ECE)
• Proficiency in systematic problem-solving using QA tools like PFMEA
• Experience in managing customer relationships from a quality perspective
• Strong leadership skills to guide a team of Engineers and Technicians

Nice-To-Have:

• IPC standard certification
• TL 9K Auditor qualifications
• Experience with driving corrective and preventive action processes
