Job summary

SB eCommerce Solutions Private Limited is seeking an experienced operations professional to lead a high-mix print-on-demand floor, ensuring every order hits dispatch cut-offs.

You will own daily throughput across printing, finishing, packing and dispatch, supervise a shift team of 10+ operators, and manage escalation when machines stop or materials run short, all while maintaining SLA-driven on-time shipments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years running a production or fulfillment floor with throughput accountability.
• High-mix, short-run experience.
• Shop-floor team leadership across shifts (10+ people).
• SLA pressure management and prioritizing dispatch.
• Root-cause mindset to prevent rework.
• Hindi fluent and English working proficiency.

Job description

Run a high-mix print-on-demand floor where every order is a different job, and build the scheduling, measurement and discipline that get it out the door on time. Three openings.

Three openings, across shifts and operational areas.

Print-on-demand means every order is a different job. No batch runs, no settling into a rhythm - a continuous stream of unique work that still has to hit dispatch cut-offs.

That’s a harder operations problem than volume manufacturing, and we’re not handing you a floor that already solves it.

What you’d build

• Scheduling and sequencing logic that keeps work moving through printing, finishing, packing and dispatch.
• Measurement that tells the truth: throughput, first-pass yield, changeover time, and where the day actually goes.
• Changeover discipline, which is where high-mix operations quietly lose hours nobody counts.
• Quality checkpoints placed where defects are catchable, not where they’re discovered.
• SOPs and training that make the floor run the same way on every shift, including the ones you’re not on.

What you’d own

• Daily throughput across printing, finishing, packing and dispatch.
• On-time dispatch against customer SLAs. This is the number.
• A shift team of operators, finishers and packers: training, coverage and performance.
• Escalation when machines stop or material runs short, and the discipline to prevent the repeat.

What you’ll need

• 5+ years running a production or fulfillment floor with real throughput accountability.
• High-mix, short-run experience. If your background is long production runs, this will feel unfamiliar.
• Shop-floor team leadership: 10+ people, across shifts.
• Comfort with SLA pressure, and the judgment to decide what ships first when not everything can.
• The instinct to root-cause rather than rework.
• Fluent Hindi and working English.
• Digital printing, personalization or e-commerce fulfillment experience, strongly preferred.
