Job summary

IntrCity SmartBus is seeking a hands-on operations professional to manage IoT devices across our bus fleet. You will monitor GPS, CCTV, and other fleet technologies, coordinating with vendors, technicians, and internal teams for installations and troubleshooting.

The role requires fieldwork, travel to outstation locations, and strong reporting skills to keep management informed on SmartFleet operations.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in fleet technology, IoT, GPS/Telematics, CCTV, or technical operations.
• Hands-on troubleshooting and field operations experience.
• Travel for fieldwork and outstation trips is expected.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of IoT devices across buses.
• Monitor GPS, CCTV and other fleet technologies.
• Coordinate with vendors, technicians, and internal teams for installations and troubleshooting.

Job description

Requirements:

• 3 - 5 years of experience inFleet Technology, IoT, GPS/Telematics, CCTV, or Technical Operations.
• Hands-on experience introubleshooting, vendor management, field operations, and cross-functional coordination.
• Experience in thetransportation, logistics, mobility, or fleet industryis preferred.
• Comfortable and flexible with fieldwork and outstation travel.
• Two wheeler is mandatory
