Role Description

The Operations Manager at ASG Eye Hospital in Rohtak - Haryana will oversee day-to-day hospital operations to ensure efficient, patient-centric service delivery. This full-time, on-site role includes managing front office and administrative workflows, coordinating with clinical teams, and ensuring adherence to quality, safety, and regulatory standards. The Operations Manager will monitor operational performance, optimize processes, and support scheduling, resource allocation, and inventory management to maintain smooth functioning. The role also involves supervising non-clinical staff, handling escalations, enhancing patient experience, and implementing hospital policies and standard operating procedures. The Operations Manager will collaborate with leadership to support growth initiatives, drive continuous improvement, and contribute to training and development of team members.

Qualifications

• Proven skills in hospital or healthcare operations management, including workflow optimization, process improvement, and resource planning.
• Experience in team leadership and people management, with the ability to supervise, mentor, and motivate cross-functional administrative staff.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills to handle day-to-day operational challenges and make data-informed decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for coordinating with doctors, staff, patients, and external partners in a professional manner.
• Competence in using hospital information systems, MS Office tools, and basic data reporting for operational tracking and performance monitoring.
• Bachelor’s degree in hospital administration, healthcare management, business administration, or a related field; a relevant postgraduate qualification is an advantage.
• Prior experience in eye care, multi-speciality hospitals, or healthcare service organizations is highly beneficial.
• Ability to work on-site in Rohtak - Haryana with a strong focus on patient service, ethical practices, and continuous operational improvement.
