Crewlia is seeking an Operations Manager to join our fully remote team. You will shape operations, drive strategic initiatives, and deliver results within your function, balancing big-picture planning with hands-on execution.

You will analyze workflows, collaborate across departments, and translate client feedback into concrete improvements, while mentoring junior staff and promoting scalable, data-driven solutions across the organization.
