Job summary

Flexiple is partnering with a global logistics leader to build its India operations centre in Hyderabad. As Operations Manager you will own the day-to-day workflows, turning manual handoffs into repeatable, measurable processes that scale.

You will lead process improvement, reporting dashboards, and cross‑team coordination with a focus on high‑volume operations, quality checks, and a remote-ready, Indian-wide hiring approach.

Qualifications

• 3 to 7 years of experience in operations or process roles.
• Process-first mindset with strong attention to detail.
• Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets and creating dashboards.
• Clear written and spoken English with a reliable remote-work setup.

Responsibilities

• Own and improve core operating processes and SOPs across the centre.

About the Company

A global logistics leader is standing up its India operations centre and has partnered with Flexiple to hire its founding operations team. You will keep a high-volume network moving and build the systems it scales on. Flexiple is a managed marketplace that helps global companies build high-performing teams and GCCs in India.

Role Overview

As an Operations Manager, you will own the day-to-day workflows that keep operations running on time and to standard, turning manual handoffs into repeatable, measurable processes.

Key Responsibilities

Process & Delivery

• Own and improve core operating processes and SOPs across the centre
• Coordinate across teams to keep deliverables and SLAs on track
• Manage daily throughput, exceptions, and escalations with accuracy

Reporting & Improvement

• Build dashboards that track the metrics leadership cares about
• Identify bottlenecks and drive practical, measurable improvements
• Support quality checks, documentation, and continuous improvement

Ideal Candidate Profile

• 3 to 7 years in operations, business operations, or process roles
• A process-first mindset with strong attention to detail
• Comfort with Excel or Google Sheets and operational reporting
• Clear written and spoken English and a reliable remote-work setup

Preferred Qualifications

• Exposure to logistics, supply-chain, or high-volume operations
• Familiarity with process-improvement methods (Lean or Six Sigma)
• Experience standing up processes in a new team or centre
