Job summary

Skill On Tap LLC. is seeking an Operations Lead for Enterprise Solutions Practice with hands-on ERP/Oracle Fusion techno-functional experience.

The role works closely with delivery teams and leadership to translate strategy into actionable workstreams, manage governance, and drive delivery across multiple streams. The ideal candidate will have exposure to PMO/delivery coordination, lifecycle understanding of enterprise software, strong analytics, and excellent stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• Hands-on ERP/Oracle Fusion techno-functional experience.
• Delivery, PMO, program coordination or practice operations experience.
• Strong understanding of enterprise software implementation lifecycles.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Are you someone who can understand ERP/Fusion technology, work closely with delivery teams, connect the dots across multiple workstreamsand actually make things happen?

We’re looking for a sharp, proactive Operations Lead / Deputy Chief of Staff to work closely with the Lead – EBS Functional Practice & SaaS Implementations.

This is NOT an administrative or secretarial role.

We are looking for someone with hands-on ERP / Oracle Fusion Techno-Functional experience combined with delivery/program management exposure who can operate as the right hand to practice leadership.

What You’ll Be Doing

Practice Operations & Delivery

• Translate practice strategy into actionable workstreams
• Track project health, milestones, resources and bottlenecks

• Comfortable working with tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, SmartSheet, Excel & PowerPoint

Experience Is Flexible

While 5-8 years would be ideal, we are flexible on the overall experience for the right candidate.

What matters more is your ERP/Fusion hands-on exposure, delivery understanding, business acumen and ability to operate independently.
