Job summary

OSI Digital in Hyderabad is seeking an Oracle EBS Technical Lead to guide AMS support projects and enhance development efforts. You will collaborate with business analysts, design, develop, and unit test solutions, and ensure SLA adherence while mentoring junior engineers.

The role requires 8–10 years of Oracle Fusion/EBS experience, strong Finance/SCM/Projects module knowledge, and hands-on SQL/PLSQL and scripting skills. Visa to work from the Hyderabad office is required.

Qualifications

• 8-10 years of on-hand experience in Oracle Fusion/EBS technical design and development.
• Extensive experience in Oracle R12 EBS Finance, SCM and Projects modules.
• Proficiency in SQL/PLSQL, Oracle Workflows, XML Publisher, and Unix scripting.
• Ability to understand functional setups in Oracle EBS Finance, SCM and Projects.
• Familiarity with Performance Tuning, WebADI, Interfaces, and Data Conversion.
• Experience with business processes in Finance and Accounting in Oracle R12.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Oracle functional analysts to translate requirements into technical design documents (MD70).
• Design, develop and unit test technical solutions as per functional design document.
• Meet service level agreements for production support response and resolution.
• Perform code reviews as per coding standards.
• Provide technical guidance and mentor others in areas of expertise.
• Build good relationships with the client and stakeholders.
• Willing to work from OSI Hyderabad office.
• Mentor junior team members.
• Manage client communications and escalations.

OSI Digital is looking for Oracle EBS / Fusion lead to work on AMS support projects, and enhancements development. Should be able to work from OSI Hyderabad office full time. Responsibility

• Work with Oracle functional business analysts to understand business requirements, translate them into technical specifications documents (MD70).
• Design, develop and unit test technical solutions as per functional design document.

• Provide technical guidance and mentor others in areas of expertise.
• Able to build good relationship with client.

Required Skills

• Technical proficiency in RICE, SQL/PLSQL, Oracle Workflows, XML Publisher reports, Unix Shell Scripting
• Should be able to understand basic functional setups on regular Oracle EBS Application Finance, SCM and Projects modules.
• Well versed with Performance Tuning, WebADI, Interfaces, and Conversion.
• Debugging and Testing Workflows, Reports and Data Analysis Skills.
• Experience with the business processes in Finance and Accounting in Oracle R12.
