Job summary

Exxon Mobil Corporation seeks an IT Applications Support Analyst (SAP) to provide functional and technical support for SAP applications and integrated business systems. You will troubleshoot incidents, handle service requests, support enhancements, and collaborate with business users and technical teams to ensure stable SAP operations.

Responsibilities include monitoring SAP incidents, troubleshooting across modules, and participating in upgrades, testing, and automation initiatives.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of SAP Application Support or a similar IT support role.
• Experience supporting SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA environments.
• Knowledge of SAP modules such as MM, SD, FI/CO, PP, or WM/EWM.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working with global teams and end users.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and ITIL processes.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
