Job summary

Exxon Mobil in Bengaluru, India, seeks an IT Applications Support Analyst (SAP) to provide functional and technical support for SAP applications and integrated systems. You will troubleshoot incidents, handle service requests, and support system enhancements to ensure stable SAP operations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of SAP Application Support or similar IT support.
• Experience in SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA environments.
• Knowledge of SAP MM, SD, FI/CO, PP, WM/EWM.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills; ITIL/Agile familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and resolve SAP incidents, service requests, and work orders within SLA targets.
• Troubleshoot issues across SAP applications and business processes.
• Support SAP integrations, interfaces, batch jobs, and third-party applications.
• Analyze root causes and work with functional, technical, and vendor teams to implement fixes.

• Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.
• Develop and maintain support documentation, knowledge articles, and user guides.
• Provide proactive communication regarding system issues, outages, and resolutions.

Job Role Description

The IT Applications Support Analyst (SAP) provides functional and technical support for SAP applications and integrated business systems. • Experience with C#, ASP.NET, Java, PowerShell, or API integrations is an advantage

Preferred: SAP certification and experience supporting manufacturing, supply chain, procurement, or finance business processes.
