Job summary

ExxonMobil India Careers is seeking an IT Applications Support Analyst to provide functional and technical support for SAP applications, including ECC and S/4HANA. This role involves troubleshooting incidents, handling service requests, and collaborating with global teams to ensure stable SAP operations.

The candidate should have 3+ years of SAP support experience, expertise in MM/SD/FI/CO/PP/WM modules, strong problem-solving and communication skills, and familiarity with ITIL and Agile

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in SAP Application Support or a similar IT support role.
• Experience supporting SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA environments.
• Knowledge of SAP modules such as MM, SD, FI/CO, PP, or WM/EWM.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working with global teams and end users.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and ITIL processes.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Job Role Description

The IT Applications Support Analyst (SAP) provides functional and technical support for SAP applications and integrated business systems. This role is responsible for troubleshooting incidents, resolving service requests, supporting system enhancements, and collaborating with business users and technical teams to ensure stable and efficient SAP operations.
