Partnr is offering a 3-month internship focused on operations management and data-driven decision making across its supply chain network in India. You will analyze inventory, sales, and product data to identify efficiency improvements and cost savings.

Responsibilities include building Excel tracking systems, real-time dashboards, and supporting warehouse and dark store activities. You will learn SOPs, pick paths, and planograms while exploring AI tools to automate analyses and generate smarter

• Excellent written and spoken communication in English and Hindi.

About the role

• Your internship spans 3 months and will immerse you in day-to-day operations management and data-driven decision-making across Partnr's supply chain network
• You will examine inventory records, sales figures, and product data to spot patterns that reveal where operations can run more smoothly and where costs can be cut
• You'll design and maintain Excel-based tracking systems and performance dashboards that give the operations team real-time visibility into how the business is performing
• You will pitch in with warehouse and dark store activities, including physical inventory checks and testing new workflows to boost efficiency
• You'll develop pick paths, planograms, standard operating procedures, and process flowcharts that teams on the ground can follow
• You will explore and deploy artificial intelligence tools to make data work harder—automating routine analysis, generating smarter reports, and finding patterns humans might miss
• You will work across different departments to deliver operational improvements that stick

What we're looking for

• Proficiency in Excel, with hands-on experience building Pivot Tables and using Lookup functions
• Demonstrated comfort with AI platforms such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Copilot, and the ability to use them to solve real problems
• A logical mind that approaches challenges by breaking them down into smaller, testable parts
• Foundational knowledge of how warehouses and logistics operations function
• Fluent written and spoken communication in both English and Hindi
• A bias toward action and learning over perfection
