Brandbanao is looking for an experienced Operations Head to lead operational excellence across Digital, Outdoor (OOH), Creative, and Client Servicing teams. This role requires strategic thinking combined with hands-on execution, ensuring accountability and performance.

The ideal candidate will oversee daily operations, build workflows, manage budgets and coordinate teams to achieve high-quality results. Candidates should have 10–15 years in marketing or agency operations and an MBA or relevant postgraduate degree.

Qualifications

• 10–15 years of experience in marketing, media, or agency operations.
• Proven success managing multi-channel campaigns (Digital, OOH, Creative).
• Strong skills in process design, vendor management, and budgeting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and streamline daily operations across all departments.
• Build structured workflows ensuring timely and high-quality campaign delivery.
• Manage vendor coordination, budgeting, billing, and operational compliance.
