Job summary

ASSPL - Kerala - D38 is seeking an Operations Executive to monitor SSD 3P sites, coordinate with partners on S&OP and quality metrics, and act as a liaison with stakeholders. The role requires visiting sites regularly to ensure conformance and drive performance improvements.

The position involves travel to stores, a 5-day work week with variable off-days based on shifts and business needs. English fluency and Microsoft Office proficiency are essential.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer-facing environment, warehousing, logistics or manufacturing experience.
• Speak, write, and read fluently in English.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor complete 3P SSD site operations, identifying improvements in performance, quality, speed and cost.
• Coordinate with 3P partners on S&OP plans, headcount planning and quality metrics.
• Serve as a liaison between internal and external stakeholders to ensure conformance and information privacy.
• Visit sites for operational conformance, restrictions and norms.
• Conduct monthly audits of 3P sites and visit all assigned sites at least once per month.

Description

Join the Operations team as Operation Executive (OE). As Operation Executive, you will be responsible for monitoring multiple SSD 3P Fulfillment centers from operations, performance, design and compliance point of view. You will be working with multiple internal and external stakeholders to manage operations performance and to drive program initiatives improvement in quality, productivity, speed and cost. With customer obsession and a high sense of ownership, you will utilize your skills to identify patterns and any disruptions in it. You should be able to dive deep, scrutinize details and foresee data implications. We have a 5-day work week but given the 7 days a week operation, the 2 scheduled days off will vary based on shift patterns and business needs and to travel to stores to design, set up & monitor 3P operations.

Key job responsibilities

• Monitor complete UTR operations FC+ LM of the assigned 3P SSD sites and suggest & deploy improvements
• Coordinate with 3P partners on S&OP plan, HC planning, Quality metrices and other parameters
• Serve as a liaison between the internal and external stakeholders keeping in mind the objectives, limits, conformance and information privacy
• Visit the sites for various operational conformance, restrictions and norms
• Conduct Monthly Audits of 3P sites
• Visit all assigned sites at least once in a month

Basic Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer-facing environment, warehousing, logistics or manufacturing experience
• Bachelor's degree
• Speak, write, and read fluently in English
• Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
• Experience with Excel
