• Premium & Statement Management: Maintain and update the Premium Register and reconcile with insurer statements.

• Marine Insurance Tracking: Track Sum Insured balances and declarations for Marine policies.

Role & responsibilities

• Premium & Statement Management: Maintain and update the Premium Register (PR) accurately, and perform regular reconciliations between the PR and insurer account statements.
• Policy Administration: Execute day to day policy tasks with insurers, including the timely processing and tracking of policy endorsements.
• Document Control: Coordinate with the marketing team to request required client documents and securely save and organize all policy dockets.
• Insurer Relations: Act as a reliable point of contact to build, maintain, and nurture strong professional relationships with various insurance companies.
• Marine Insurance Tracking: Carefully track and monitor Sum Insured balances and periodic declarations for all Marine insurance policies.
• GMC Data Management: Maintain accurate, up-to-date employee and dependent data for corporate Group Mediclaim policies.

Preferred candidate profile

• Education & Experience: Bachelors degree with prior experience in an operations or back office role within the insurance sector.
• Technical Proficiency: Strong hands on experience with MS Office, particularly Excel, for data maintenance and reconciliation tasks.
