Job summary

Hospitality Minds is looking for an efficient Operations Executive to support our Revenue Manager and ensure smooth hotel operations across all OTA platforms. From responding to guestqueries to updating rates, inventory, and listings, this role is all about accuracy, coordination, and seamless execution.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year in hospitality, strong numerical ability, and proficiency with MS Office.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Hospitality Industry.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong numerical ability and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Support the Revenue Manager with daily tasks and coordination.
• Reply to guest queries, reviews, and messages on all OTAs.
• List and update hotel details on travel portals like MakeMyTrip, Goibibo, and Booking.com.
• Prepare and maintain monthly hotel performance reports.
• Update rates, inventory, and content on all OTA platforms as needed.
