Qualifications

Responsibilities

• KYC & client onboarding processing for individuals & non-individuals.
• Execute mutual fund transactions and ensure timely order placement.
• Maintain records, audits, and compliance checks.
• Support RM and client queries with quick turnarounds.

Role Objective

We are looking for a detail-oriented and process-driven Operations Executive who will manage all backend activities including KYC, documentation, transaction execution, and platform handling. This role is critical in ensuring seamless client onboarding and error-free execution of transactions.

Key Responsibilities

KYC & Client Onboarding

• Handle end-to-end KYC processing (Individual & Non-Individual)
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements (CKYC, FATCA, etc.)
• Verify and validate client documents
• Coordinate with clients/RMs for pending documentation

Transaction Execution

• Execute mutual fund transactions
• Process transactions through platforms like NSE NMF II platform
• Ensure timely and accurate order placement
• Track and resolve transaction rejections

Documentation & Compliance

• Maintain proper records of all client documents
• Ensure documentation completeness and accuracy
• Handle audit requirements and compliance checks
• Maintain data confidentiality and security

RM & Client Support

• Work closely with Relationship Managers for execution support
• Provide quick turnaround on client requests
• Resolve operational queries from clients and internal teams
• Ensure high service quality and responsiveness
