Alike.io is seeking an Operations Executive in Mumbai to support day-to-day travel bookings across hotels, transfers, attractions, and other services. You will work with Sales and Customer Success to ensure seamless experiences from booking to trip completion.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage End-to-End Booking Fulfillment across hotels, attractions, tours, and transfers.
• Validate & Confirm Bookings including availability, rates, guest details and supplier confirmations.
• Coordinate Supplier Relationships with hotels, transport operators, attractions, and activity partners.
• Manage Booking Lifecycle including amendments, cancellations, refunds, and rebooking.
• Monitor Supplier Performance and resolve issues impacting guest experience.
• Provide real-time operational support to guests and resolve service issues.
• Drive Cross-Functional Alignment with Sales, Customer Success, and Finance.

The role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Operations Executive to join our growing team. This entry-to-mid level role supports the business operations in the day-to-day coordination and execution of travel bookings — including hotels, transfers, attraction tickets, and other travel services. You will work closely with the cross sales and customer Service teams to ensure guests receive seamless, high-quality travel experiences from initial booking through trip completion. Key responsibilities

• Manage End-to-End Booking Fulfillment – Execute reservations across hotels, attractions, tours, and transfers from confirmation through delivery, ensuring accuracy and adherence to turnaround times.
• Validate & Confirm Bookings – Verify availability, rates, guest details, and supplier confirmations before finalizing reservations; maintain booking accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate Supplier Relationships – Liaise with hotels, transport operators, attractions, and activity partners to ensure seamless service delivery and resolve operational blockers.
• Manage Booking Lifecycle – Handle amendments, cancellations, refunds, and rebooking efficiently; track pending and time-sensitive reservations to prevent fulfillment gaps.
• Monitor Supplier Performance – Track fulfillment quality and promptly escal… availability, pricing, or service-delivery issues that impact guest experience.

Key requirements for the role

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• 1–2 years of experience in travel operations, reservations, or customer-facing roles (strong internship experience considered for freshers).
• CRM proficiency – Zoho CRM or similar platforms preferred.
• AI-literate – Comfortable with ChatGPT, Claude, and similar tools for operational efficiency.
• Meticulous with data – Strong attention to detail in booking accuracy, data entry, and record management.
• Organized multitasker – Ability to manage multiple bookings and shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication – Clear verbal and written English across internal teams and suppliers.
