Role Description

The Operations Executive will play a key role in managing day-to-day operations for Rentkars rental platform in Bengaluru. This full-time, on-site position includes coordinating order processing, overseeing inventory and logistics, and ensuring timely and accurate deliveries and returns. The role involves monitoring operational performance, analyzing data to improve processes, and implementing standard operating procedures to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction. The Operations Executive will collaborate closely with customer support, product, and leadership teams to resolve issues, streamline workflows, and support the companys growth. This position requires hands-on involvement in on-ground operations and regular communication with internal and external stakeholders.
