Job summary

STL Digital invites applications for a role that manages the ERP project lifecycle within the NetSuite Project Module. You will define WBS, tasks, milestones and deliverables, while tracking budgets and ensuring WBS costs map to actuals.

Responsibilities

Role & responsibilities

Project Setup and Lifecycle Management

• Initialize and manage the complete project lifecycle within the NetSuite Project Module, from project creation through execution and formal closure.
• Define and maintain Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), project tasks, milestones and deliverables.

Project Financials and WBS management

• Track and process project budgets and ensure actual cost WBS is mapped correctly.
• Collaborate with finance team to handle project billing schedules e.g., Time & Materials, Fixed Price,

Preferred candidate profile

• Ensure PO wise WBS data is mapped correctly and data flows accurately across different modules and project stakeholders. Maintain its tracker for stakeholders.
• Troubleshoot errors and work with consultants for resolution.

Technical & Soft Skills

• Strong advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables) for managing large data and reconciliation.
• Proficiency in understanding various data dumps and reports from system.
• Able to collaborate effectively with Project Managers, Consultants and cross module users.
• Ability to meet tight deadlines and work under pressure to support project deliverable schedule and financial book closure.

Required Qualification and Experience

Education: BCOM / MCOM / MBA

Experience:

• 2-4 years of experience working on an ERP system either SAP ECC, SAP Rise or Oracle Netsuit, preferably hands on in Project module.
• Strong understanding of basic financial concepts of Revenue Recognition, Customer Billing, Project Cost and Budgeting, Vendor POs, Legal Entities, etc.
