Job summary

Ugaoo is seeking an Executive – Operations Excellence to drive continuous improvement across manufacturing, warehouse, packaging and supply chain activities. The role centers on productivity gains, time and motion studies, and the rollout of Lean and Kaizen practices.

The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial/Mechanical/Production Engineering, with 2–4 years in operations excellence, and strong MS Excel skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial/Mechanical/Production Engineering or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in Operations Excellence, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, or Supply Chain Operations.
• Hands‑on exposure to Time & Motion Study, Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, and process improvement methodologies.
• Strong MS Excel skills and data‑driven problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Time & Motion Studies to identify productivity improvement opportunities.
• Support Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, and Continuous Improvement initiatives across operations.
• Collect, analyze, and present operational data to identify process inefficiencies.
• Assist in process mapping, workflow optimization, and SOP standardization.
• Support capacity planning, line balancing, and manpower utilization studies.
• Track operational KPIs and prepare reports to monitor process performance.
• Collaborate with Operations, Supply Chain, Warehouse, and Production teams to execute improvement projects.
• Participate in waste reduction, cost optimization, and process improvement initiatives.
• Assist in implementing best practices to improve operational efficiency and quality.
• Ensure adherence to standardized processes and support continuous improvement activities.

About The Role

The Executive – Operations Excellence will support continuous improvement initiatives across Ugaoo's manufacturing, warehouse, packaging, and supply chain operations. Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 2–4 years of experience in Operations Excellence, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, or Supply Chain Operations.
• Hands‑on exposure to Time & Motion Study, Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, and process improvement methodologies.
• Basic understanding of Industrial Engineering principles and productivity improvement techniques.
• Experience supporting supply chain, warehouse, manufacturing, or operations improvement projects.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in MS Excel.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in FMCG, manufacturing, consumer goods, retail, e-commerce, food processing, or supply chain-driven organizations is preferred.
• Eagerness to learn, drive improvements, and work collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.
