Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated is seeking an experienced Operations Director for our Work Dynamics team in Hyderabad. The role leads daily property operations, client activities, and safety compliance at the site, ensuring high service quality and adherence to contracts and budget.

You will drive best practices, vendor coordination, and performance excellence across teams. The candidate should have 6–8 years of facilities management experience, a SCEM certification, and strong communication

Qualifications

• Six to eight years of experience in facilities management or related fields.
• SCEM certification, working knowledge of occupational safety, and exposure to life sciences environment.
• Solid background in contract management, budget supervision, customer service and stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily property operations and manage client activities for the assigned facility.
• Implement building procedures and performance measures; ensure health and safety standards.
• Be the main point of contact for facilities-related concerns and coordinate with vendors.
• Oversee contracts, procurement and budget, driving cost efficiency and compliance.
