Responsibilities

• Credit Appraisal: Build a quality portfolio by managing risk effectively through detailed credit evaluation, ensuring turnaround time (TAT) and maintaining productive relationships with channel partners.
• Document Verification: Collect and verify credit-related documents such as loan agreements, application forms, and guarantee papers, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory standards.
• Customer Interaction: Engage with customers via phone and in-person meetings to discuss credit requirements, resolve objections, and suggest tailored financial solutions.
• Negotiation & Structuring: Understand customer needs, manage objections effectively, and structure credit solutions for successful closures.
