Job summary

Grey Matter Resources in India is seeking an Operations Associate (Freshers) to join our logistics team. The role focuses on shipment scanning, documentation, vehicle coordination, dispatch operations, and tracking customer shipments.

You will handle customer calls and emails, prepare COD reports, and coordinate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations across multiple locations including Bangalore and neighboring cities.
