Job summary

Collegedunia is seeking an operations-focused professional to own day-to-day execution and drive strategic initiatives in a fast-growing startup environment.

You will work with leadership and product teams to streamline processes, improve workflows, and enable scalable operations across the Indian education ecosystem. 1–4 years of relevant experience and a B.Tech from a Tier-1 institute are preferred, with a strong bias for action and independence.

Qualifications

• 1–4 years of experience in operations, program management, business operations, or a similar role.
• B.Tech from a Tier-1 institute is required.
• Strong execution, coordination, and project-management skills are essential.
• Excellent problem-solving and organizational ability.
• Good communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and cross-functionally.
• Startup experience is preferred, especially in early-stage or high-growth companies.
• Exposure to product/technology is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day operations and execution, translating priorities into actions.
• Bring structure, speed, and accountability to a fast-moving startup environment.
• Work with leadership and cross-functional teams to drive execution, improve processes, and solve operational challenges.
• Own and streamline core operational processes and workflows.
• Drive planning, tracking, follow-ups, and execution of key initiatives.
• Build and improve SOPs, systems, checklists, and operating processes.
• Identify bottlenecks and take ownership of problem-solving and resolution.
• Coordinate across teams to ensure timely execution and clear accountability.
• Support leadership with planning, prioritization, and operational decision-making.
• Work with product team on product rollouts, user feedback, and operational requirements.
• Identify opportunities to automate repetitive processes using AI and technology.
• Develop a strong understanding of the Indian education ecosystem and its operational nuances.
• Highly execution-oriented with a strong bias for action.
• Comfortable with ambiguity, fast-changing priorities, and startup environments.
• Able to independently take a problem, structure it, execute a solution, and improve the process.
