Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Business, Operations, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience, including at least 2 years in Continuous Improvement/Operational Excellence.
  • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification (mandatory).
  • Strong knowledge of Lean, Kaizen, DMAIC, RCA, and CI methodologies.
  • Experience leading improvement projects and delivering measurable outcomes.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and project management skills.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and influencing skills across global teams.

Responsibilities

  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Six Sigma to enhance operational performance and deliver measurable business value.
  • Lead and manage CI projects from identification through implementation, ensuring targets, timelines, and outcomes are achieved.
  • Partner with stakeholders to identify process inefficiencies, perform root cause analysis, and implement sustainable solutions.
  • Monitor project performance, track value realization, and establish sustainment plans for long-term benefits.
  • Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and knowledge-sharing to strengthen CI capabilities across teams.
  • Develop communication strategies, presentations, and stakeholder engagement materials supporting initiatives and change.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote best practices, standardize processes, and foster a culture of CI.
  • Support performance management through data-driven insights, reporting, and process optimization.
  • Prepare and deliver executive-level communications, status updates, and project reports to stakeholders.
  • Act as a change champion for operational excellence and continuous learning.

How You'll Make an Impact

Your Background
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Business, Operations, Communication, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience, including at least 2 years in Continuous Improvement, Operational Excellence, Process Improvement, or related roles.
  • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification (mandatory).
  • Strong knowledge of Lean, Kaizen, DMAIC, Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and Continuous Improvement methodologies.
  • Experience leading improvement projects and delivering measurable business outcomes.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and project management skills.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and influencing skills with the ability to work effectively across global teams.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
