Qualifications

• BSc. Nursing or GNM with valid nursing qualification.
• Mandatory Maharashtra Nursing Council (MNC) registration.
• 1–3 years OT experience in a multispeciality hospital.
• Knowledge of OT protocols, infection control, and sterile techniques.
• Ability to work in rotational shifts and emergency duties.
• Good communication, teamwork, and patient care skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare the Operation Theatre before surgical procedures.
• Ensure OT equipment, instruments, and sterile supplies are ready.

• Respond promptly to emergencies and support patient safety initiatives.
• Coordinate with CSSD, Biomedical, and other departments for smooth OT functioning.
• Follow NABH guidelines and hospital policies
