Job summary

PMC is seeking an IT helpdesk/operations professional for a 24x7 monitoring role in Vadodara. You will oversee health checks of critical servers and tills, handle automated alerts, generate periodic reports, and run SQL queries to support customer requirements.

Ideal candidates communicate clearly, manage multiple tasks, and adapt to rotating shifts in a fast-paced environment where timely issue resolution is essential.

Qualifications

• Good communication skills, Verbal and Written both, is a MUST.
• Basic knowledge about Desktop, MS - Office and Window OS.
• Basic understanding on remote server.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize activities, and work effectively under time-sensitive conditions.

Responsibilities

• 24*7 monitoring the health of critical web, data, retailer's head-office & store servers, and tills.
• Alert monitoring that comes from customer system automatically, troubleshooting wherever required and escalation via email and phone.
• Periodic report generation & extraction for customers; Troubleshooting issues within the prescribed scope.
• Executing SQL queries as per customer requirement.
• Due to 24*7 work environment, the person should be comfortable to work in rotational shifts.
