• Oversee all FMS operations: maintenance, housekeeping, security, landscaping, and other facility services.
• Establish and enforce policies and standards for consistent service delivery, quality, and safety.
• Monitor performance metrics, analyze data, and implement improvements for efficiency and cost savings.
• Build strong client relationships, collaborate with sales to develop solutions, and ensure client satisfaction.
• Identify new clients, develop sales strategies, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
• Develop and manage the FMS division budget, monitor financials, and optimize profitability.

Key Responsibilities And Accountabilities Of The Role

• Operational Management:
• Oversee all operational activities within the FMS division, including maintenance, housekeeping, security, landscaping, and other facility management services.
• Establish and enforce operational policies, procedures, and standards to ensure consistent service delivery and adherence to quality and safety standards.
• Monitor operational performance metrics, analyze data, and implement improvements to enhance efficiency, productivity, and cost-effectiveness.
• Client Relationship Management:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs, preferences, and expectations.
• Collaborate with the sales and client services teams to develop customized solutions, negotiate contracts, and ensure client satisfaction and retention.
• Address client inquiries, concerns, and escalations promptly, and implement corrective actions to resolve issues and maintain positive client relationships.
• Business Development
• Identify and secure new clients.
• Develop sales strategies.
• Negotiate and close deals to secure new business.
• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities.
• Implement business development plans.
• Financial Management:
• Develop and manage the annual budget for the FMS division, ensuring alignment with financial targets and business objectives.
• Monitor financial performance, analyze variances, and implement cost-saving measures to optimize profitability and resource utilization.
• Responsible for P&L for the region
• Evaluate pricing strategies, contract terms, and vendor agreements to maximize revenue and minimize expenses while maintaining service quality.
