Job summary

Alstom is seeking a full-time Record-to-Report Analyst in Bangalore. You will manage journal entries, fixed asset processes, and month-end close while coordinating with cross-functional finance teams to ensure accurate reporting.

You should bring CA/commerce credentials with relevant R2R experience and strong knowledge of ERP systems, along with fluent English communication and teamwork mindset.

Responsibilities

• Administer journal entry process and templates.
• Prepare and perform manual journal postings, including Lease Journals.
• Manage end-to-end fixed asset process.
• Prepare bank and current reconciliation statements.
• Manage balance sheet reconciliations and governance discussions.
• Drive audit compliance for Americas regions.
• Conduct balance sheet and FI-CO reconciliations.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and SOPs.

Could you be the full-time Record-to-Report (R2R) Analyst in Bangalore we’re looking for?

Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your comprehensive accounting expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside dedicated and collaborative teammates.

You’ll contribute to the integrity and efficiency of our financial operations. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (Project Controllers, Finance Controllers, R'B Team), ensure accurate financial reporting, and much more.

You'll specifically take care of administering journal entries and asset accounting, but also prepare and monitor the month-end closing calendar.

We’ll look to you for:

Administering the journal entry process and templates

Preparing and performing manual journal postings, including Lease Journals

Managing end to end of fixed asset process

• Preparing bank and Current reconciliation statements
• Managing full scope of Balance sheet reconciliaiton and drive the goverance discussions
• Manage and drive the Audit compliance effectively for Americas regions

Conducting balance sheet and FI-CO reconciliations

Ensuring compliance with internal controls and standard operating procedures
