Job summary

ABC INDIA is seeking a strong operations leader to oversee an aluminium foundry, including PDC casting and CNC machining, driving production planning, OEE, quality, and overall efficiency. The role involves leading a large team (100+ staff), managing 10 sub-suppliers, inventory, and subcontracting to meet OEM delivery schedules.

You will ensure zero-defect supply, IATF compliance, preventive maintenance, cost control, and strict safety and 5S practices while targeting a 12 Cr monthly turnover.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a large operations team and multiple suppliers.
• Demonstrated ability to meet OEM delivery targets and cost goals.
• Strong focus on safety, 5S and continuous improvement.
