About Position
We are seeking an experienced Kubernetes/OpenShift Platform Engineer to manage and support enterprise-grade container platforms deployed on bare-metal infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have expertise in OpenShift/Kubernetes installation, configuration, administration, virtualization technologies, secrets management, and SRE tooling.

What You'll Do
- Design, deploy, and maintain highly available, secure, and scalable container platforms for mission-critical applications.
- Install, configure, administer, and troubleshoot RedHat OpenShift and Kubernetes clusters on bare-metal environments.
- Design and maintain highly available and scalable Kubernetes/OpenShift platforms.
- Perform cluster upgrades, patching, monitoring, performance tuning, and capacity planning.
- Deploy, configure, and support KubeVirt (Kvirt) for virtual machine workloads within Kubernetes environments.
- Manage enterprise secrets and credentials using HashiCorp Vault and implement secure secrets management practices.
- Configure RBAC, authentication, authorization, certificates, and security policies across container platforms.
- Deploy, integrate, and maintain Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) tooling and observability platforms.
- Support incident management, root cause analysis, and platform troubleshooting.
- Automate platform provisioning and operational tasks using infrastructure-as-code and scripting tools.
- Work closely with DevOps, Security, Infrastructure, and Application teams to ensure platform reliability and performance.
Expertise You'll Bring
- Strong experience in Kubernetes/OpenShift installation, configuration, and administration.
- Hands‑on experience deploying and managing OpenShift/Kubernetes on Bare Metal infrastructure.
- Good understanding of Kubernetes architecture, networking, storage, and cluster lifecycle management.
- Experience with KubeVirt (Kvirt) virtualization workloads.
- Hands‑on experience with HashiCorp Vault and enterprise‑grade Secrets Management.
- Experience deploying, configuring, and maintaining SRE/Observability tools.
- Strong knowledge of Linux system administration.
- Experience with container runtimes, container networking, and storage management.
- Understanding of high availability, disaster recovery, and platform security best practices.
