Job summary

Tekskills Inc. seeks a Treasury Management support specialist who, under minimum supervision, handles a variety of moderately complex tasks requiring detailed knowledge of company and department procedures.

You will provide service and product support to the Treasury Management segment via phone and email. You will identify, research, analyze and resolve complex problems with non-standard solutions, prioritize service issues for first call resolution, and maintain up-to-date knowledge on

• Provides service and product support to the Treasury Management segment via phone and email.
• Identifies, researches, analyzes and resolves complex problems with non-standard solutions.
• Prioritizes service issues and aims for first call resolution with accepted resolutions by customers.
• Maintains up-to-date knowledge on products, services, systems and related technology, policies and procedures.
• Performs tasks to mitigate risk by activating and deactivating high risk product services (i.e. teller positive pay, etc.) and reporting potential fraud or suspicious activity.

  Responsible for identifying, researching, analyzing and resolving complex problems where multiple non-standard solutions are available.
  Prioritizes service issues and ensures they are completed as first call resolution via a recognized / accepted resolution by the customers.
  Maintains up to date knowledge on products, services, departmental systems and related technology, policies and procedures.
  Perform tasks to mitigate risk by activating and deactivating high risk product services (i.e. teller positive pay, etc.) and reporting potential fraud or suspicious activity.
