Job summary

Staffing Services is seeking an Automation Test Engineer to design, develop, and maintain automation scripts for regression and new feature testing using Robot Framework, PyTest, and Python-based solutions.

You will maintain regression suites, optimize test coverage, analyze results, and debug issues in the framework to improve stability and efficiency. This role also focuses on accelerating release cycles through reliable automation and enhanced test throughput, based in Chennai.

Qualifications

• Experience with test automation frameworks and scripting
• Strong knowledge of Python and related testing tools
• Ability to analyze test results and debug issues

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain automation scripts for regression and new feature testing.

• Maintain, execute, and stabilize multiple regression test suites to ensure Stability Automation suites.
• Analyze and optimize existing automation test suites to minimize execution time and enhance test efficiency.
• Review and analyze test execution results, identify defects, and debug and fix issues in the automation framework and test scripts.
