Job summary

Tekskills Inc. seeks an experienced SAP IBP specialist to drive end-to-end integrated business planning projects from requirements to deployment. You will work with business units to design and configure IBP planning areas, attributes, and templates, ensuring seamless data integration with legacy systems.

The role requires hands-on IBP implementation expertise, knowledge of SDI/RTI data flows, and the ability to stay current with SAP IBP developments to share best practices across teams.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with SAP IBP configuration and planning areas.
• Experience integrating IBP data with legacy or third-party systems.
• Proven track record implementing end-to-end SAP IBP projects.
• Strong knowledge of demand, supply, and inventory planning concepts.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business units to translate requirements into SAP IBP solutions.
• Configure planning areas, key figures, and templates in IBP.
• Lead data integration between IBP and external systems (SDI/RTI).

Job description

Must have a deep understanding of end-to-end integrated business planning processes including Sales and Operations Planning, Supply Planning, Demand Planning, New product planning, Inventory optimization, etc.

• Must work independently with the business to understand the requirements and formulate solutions in SAP IBP.
• Deep knowledge in one or more of the specific areas of expertise.
• IBP Time series Supply Planning using a cost-based Optimizer
• Finite/Infinite heuristics
• Constraints-based planning
• S&OP
• Order-based Planning
• Control Tower
• Must have hands-on experience in configuring SAP IBP planning areas, attributes, master data types, key figure calculations, planning templates, etc.
• Must have experience in integrating data from IBP into other legacy and third-party systems. Knowledge and thorough understanding of SAP HANA Cloud platform integration, SDI, and RTI solutions.
• Stay up-to-date with SAP IBP developments and best practices, and share knowledge with business and colleagues
• Completed at least one end-end implementation project using SAP IBP as a primary planning tool
