Job summary

Tekskills Inc. in Mumbai seeks an experienced SAP IBP consultant to lead end-to-end planning initiatives, including S&OP, demand, supply, and inventory optimization. The role requires hands-on configuration of IBP planning areas, data, and key figures, and integration with legacy systems.

Responsibilities

• Understand requirements with business and formulate SAP IBP solutions independently.
• Demonstrate deep knowledge in one or more planning areas.
• Work on IBP time series supply planning using a cost-based optimizer.
• Apply finite/infinite heuristics and constraints-based planning.
• Engage in S&OP, order-based planning, and control tower activities.
• Configure SAP IBP planning areas, attributes, master data types, and key figure calculations.
• Integrate data from IBP to legacy and third-party systems; leverage SAP HANA Cloud, SDI, and RTI.

Job description

Must have a deep understanding of end-to-end integrated business planning processes including Sales and Operations Planning, Supply Planning, Demand Planning, New product planning, Inventory optimization, etc.

• Must work independently with the business to understand the requirements and formulate solutions in SAP IBP.
• Deep knowledge in one or more of the specific areas of expertise.
• IBP Time series Supply Planning using a cost-based Optimizer
• Finite/Infinite heuristics
• Constraints-based planning
• S&OP
• Order-based Planning

• Must have hands-on experience in configuring SAP IBP planning areas, attributes, master data types, key figure calculations, planning templates, etc.
• Must have experience in integrating data from IBP into other legacy and third-party systems. Knowledge and thorough understanding of SAP HANA Cloud platform integration, SDI, and RTI solutions.
• Stay up-to-date with SAP IBP developments and best practices, and share knowledge with business and colleagues
• Completed at least one end-end implementation project using SAP IBP as a primary planning tool
